Yaya Toure has no intention of joining his brother Kolo at Manchester City.
Eastlands boss Roberto Mancini, according to reports in Spain, is ready to pay 24million for the 26-year-old midfielder.
And Arsenal, Ivory Coast defender Kolo"s former club, have also been linked with a move for Yaya.

Barcelona are believed to be willing to use the midfielder as part of a deal to land Gunners skipper Cesc Fabregas, a long-term target of the Catalan giants.
But Barca star Toure said: "I have heard about interest from Manchester City and Arsenal but my future is at Barcelona.
"I have spoken to the directors at the club, I dont want to leave and my only mission and is to stay and be a success at the club."
